The evenings are getting warmer, and that means it is almost time for the free summer concert series in University Village. Being 
a local insurance agent allows us to get excited about the same events that our customers love throughout the year. Concerts take place Friday evenings from 6:00pm -8:00pm in the North Plaza next to Hacienda Colorado Mexican Restaurant and Smashburger. June 15th is the first concert of the summer. If you want a tasty treat for the concert, be sure to check out Rocket Fizz in University Village. University Village has an easy way for members of the community to stay connected with updates on the concerts if there happens to be a cancellation due to rain. Simply text UVCconcert to 84483 for updates. There are jazz, pop, country concerts, and so much more. Head down to University Village and be sure to say “hello” if you see the Brian Galetta Agency at the concert.
How does this relate to insurance? It doesn’t. However, we love being able to connect with businesses in our community who give back to the people who live in Colorado Springs. Another way that we are connecting to the community is through our new YouTube Series, “Colorado Springs Businesses Give Back.” We interview a local business who is making a difference in our community each month, and we feature them on our agency website and Facebook page. We have featured Sasquatch Cookies, Marco’s Pizza, and Red Leg Brewing Company. We all are working to support the community, so why not join together and support those who support the community?
